Robert had stepped out of the classroom where he had been instructing drama. Giving a quick flick of the wrist he was able to look at the watch on his wrist, giving it a brief tap he made sure to then activate the timer so that he wasn't sure to be gone for too long. He still had another class to teach today and he wouldn't have his one hundred percent 'Free Time' until later in the day but he had never had a problem with trying to sneak around before. It was more fun to try and get something accomplished without being caught. Stepping down the hallway the humor was not lost on him that he was probably a bad example for the kids. As the old motto goes, The stage is not merely the meeting place of all the arts, but is also the return of art to life. And what was more lively than sneaking around once in a while to get the blood pumping and to test ones wits. Arriving in the library he took a look around at the shelves of assorted books. It was a bit of a pain that most of the books in here were not really as elaborate as elsewhere but then again it did have some things to work with. He wasn't sure but he felt like he should find a book on body language reading, it was a bit spur of the moment but if not for him then it was something that he hoped his students could use in their next class. Of course, this is how it was, everyday. She wished to work in a library that wasn't over run with kids every two hours, but... she couldn't have everything. It was a library and that was enough for her.
...Of course, on top of unshelving, what they had reshelved was all in the wrong places. Had none of them learned the decimal system yet? She had half a mind to offer to teach the class. Kids. She... kinda despised them.
She heard the door of the library open and mentally groaned to herself. Walking around some shelves, picking up books off the floor as she went, she came to face the doors, where a man -- one of the teachers she presumed, had walked in.
Finally, someone that wasn't under the age of 18. Holy cow.
"Hello!:" she said cheerily, despite her mood. "Is there anything I can help you find? There isn't much, but....

Glancing at the woman as she emerged from around one of the corners had been a little bit of a curve ball... then again it meant he had someone to play with. Feeling a broad smile appear on his face he walked in and in the direction of where she was standing. "Hello there." His eyes fell to look at all of the books strewn about on the floor and hmd. "I can understand getting frustrated with children but there's no need to take it out on the literature." He joked and picked up one of the books, coddling it as though Lacey had been the one to angrily throw it to the floor. "I was coming in here to see if you have any books on any of histories great playwrights... Arthur Miller, Molière, Shakespeare... Really anything would be fine." He hmd as he looked down at the book in his hands before putting it back into the proper place on the shelf. Lacey French |
