General Personality: Rufio is the cocky and charismatic second in command to the Lost Boys. Always ready for a challenge, he's got a mischievous way of solving problems with clever games. Forever youthful, but behind his playful façade lies a petulant child twisted enough to destroy anyone in his path. He won't back down, and will fight to the end.
History: Living life as ... a normal teenager is hard for him. Work, school, being properly dressed. He tends to lean towards buggering off, and ditching school, however, but he some how manages to still show up for his work shifts (he must understand money is a thing). He manages to afford his own apartment in the slums of storybrooke, and is rather miserable in it. He longs for living in the woods, but knows that's just not how it's done, no matter how much he wants it to be.
Fairy Tale History: Rufio is the second in command to the Lost Boys, taking care of what needs to be done while Pan is off doing whatever he does (he suspects Pan is going mad over the years, but so be it). He leads the boys in adventures against anything that comes across, including causing problems for the ever illustrious Hook; who seems to have taking liking of bothering them more than they bother him.
He is the oldest of the Lost Boys, and watches over them like a big brother, making sure they don't cause too much trouble.
Before he was a Lost Boy, however, Rufio was known as Rexander Nikho, and lived in a places called Manhattan, NY with his father and two brothers. These memories have all been forgotten, unfortunately. But growing up was painful, as his father drank way too much, and left he and his brothers to defend themselves. Once again, he became 'leader' of the pack, as they say, and managed. One night, their dad became extremely intoxicated, and in a fit of rage, murdered his little brother right in front of him. Devastated, he goes to his room -- hours later, in the middle of the night, he begins to hear eerie flute music. Pan appears and offers him to go to a place known as Neverland - a place where you never grow up - and, seeing his life had no where to go here, he agrees to go.
A few years after joining, while out on a raid of the pirate ships that had docked on their island, he met up with the ruthless pirate captain named Hook. The two locked in battle, and with a near lethal blow to the stomach the two became mortal enemies.
Some years later, Pan is speaking of looking for someone known as 'The Truest Believer'. Pan had sent out two of the boys before him, and after some time worried, he volunteered to go looking for them, in hopes to bring them back. Arriving at the Enchanted forest, he finds it covered in purple smoke, and upon entering the forest, fell unconscious, being ripped of all his memories.
