[attr="class","itokaytext"]He had magic back, but his whole life was falling to pieces. Rumplestiltskin was the Dark One, he needed to take control. He needed to take control of his life, he needed to feel powerful. And he knew exactly how he would regain that feeling. The little voice in his head kept urging him the instant magic came back, but he kept pushing it away, he had to help Belle first. He had to cure his mistake first. And now he did that. He was now free from that burden he had felt before magic had come back, and he felt he darkness taking over.

He watched outside the flower shop that Belle’s father owned, and waited for Oliver to show up. The kid who had infuriated him so, who had the gall to stand up to him. Sure, he beat the kid before, but he wanted to do so much more. He wanted to hear the screams, the begging for mercy, the pain caused by him. As soon as Oliver appeared, Gold waved his hand and purple smoke appeared. He would appear right where he wanted him, and well he would be unconscious for now. Belle needn’t know. Neal needn’t know. No one need know the deed he was about to perform. The release of this pent up anger, the darkness that had built up over the time he had no magic.

He transported himself into the dark room, and he waited for the boy to awaken. The room had no doors, and with a snap he lit a couple of candles to dimly light the room, just so he could see Oliver’s face. He stood in front of the bound boy, his face darkened by the dim light, but one could still make out the features on his face. His eyes were dark, and he wore an insane grin on his face.

“Hello dearie.”

[attr="class","itokaytext"]Oh just seeing the boy like this at his mercy made him oh so joyful, even letting out a manic giggle as he looked the boy from top to bottom. Every inch of this boy’s body would be his to control. He could make him feel as much or as little pain as he wanted. While it would be much more enjoyable if this were Regina, he knew that he would enjoy this time oh so much.

Slowly Gold reached into his suit jacket, pulling out a long wavy dagger, which had his name in black along the silver blade, his eyes not leaving Oliver’s look. The boy seemed to show no outward sign of the panic he must be going through. He had to be panicked. There was no way the boy wasn’t afraid of him now. He was strong, Gold knew, but he was going to break the boy. He was going to crush his resolve and make him obedient. Oliver would be putty in his hands, under his control.

“You could say that.” Gold slowly made his approach, waving the dagger teasingly, until he was right in front of Oliver. “I do appreciate your help with Belle. That’s the reason you’re not dead. Yet.” He wasn’t going to actually kill Oliver, no, no, he was going to make him suffer, and then he would let him live. That would be the ultimate torture. To have to survive after all of this. But it was also a mercy. Oliver would live after the disrespect.

He placed the blade of the dagger against Oliver’s neck, the cold edge pressing up against his skin. “Do you know what I’m going to do to you, dearie?” He slowly pressed it harder against his skin, a bit of blood dripping from the contact. He was grinning maniacally, he looked crazy, he looked like the Dark One, minus the gold skin. And oh, he was taking such joy in this.

[attr="class","itokaytext"]In this world Gold would have normally been angered by Oliver mocking his laugh, but there was something that seemed to break in his mind, something that made him not care. All he knew was that he would pay for that, and everything else, so there was nothing to get angry about. He was just a kid trying to piss off his captor, probably because he was scared and he was incredibly stupid when it came to taunting him. He warned Oliver when they had met, that day in the diner that he beat him. But he was stupid and he kept pressing and pressing, and now that Gold had his power back he could truly take out his anger and frustrations on the kid and he could do absolutely nothing to stop him.

Gold leaned in so his face was just millimeters away from Oliver’s, grinning from ear to ear. He removed the dagger from his throat, running it slowly, the tip lightly grazing his skin, but not piercing the flesh yet. He ran his other hand over his throat, healing the small cut as he did. However, then he pressed the tip of the dagger against Oliver’s shoulder, pressing it lightly into his shoulder. “Oh, you’ll be begging by the time I’m through with you,” Gold assured Oliver, feeling that the closeness would bring forth a comment about his breath, but it wasn’t like Gold really cared right now. He would just add it to the list of things he was going to make Oliver pay for. No one got away with insulting the Dark One like Oliver had. And he was going to teach the boy a lesson he would never forget.

His free hand lingered around Oliver’s throat, as he debated wrapping his fingers around his neck, as he would see the panic rise behind his eyes as his life slowly slipped away, but he stopped himself. No, he wasn’t going to kill him, not now, not ever. It would be more torture to allow him to live.

“I’m not your ordinary villain.” There was no point in denying it, after all, since he knew he was the worst of the worst, no matter what Belle had told him in the past. He knew there was no redeeming himself… at least that was what he told himself in this moment, even if later he might find himself thinking the opposite. The darkness kept pulling at him, pulling him towards the darkness, farther and farther down, and he wouldn’t have Bae… or Belle, really, to pull him back up. So what was the point I fighting it? “I would rather… show you my plan.” He slowly pressed the sharp tip of his dagger into Oliver’s shirt, into his shoulder, a slow agonizing rate, as he slowly began dragging the dagger down his arm, ripping the fabric material, and leaving a deep cut drenched in red behind it.

[attr="class","itokaytext"]Gold was surprised by Oliver’s reaction, even if Gold wouldn’t let it show on his face. Impressed almost. That he was resisting the screaming, the groaning, the begging. There were very few who had gotten past the first injure before screaming. Robin Hood. He remembered that man clearly, probably because of what Belle had him do afterwards (he wasn’t used to sparing people), and that man had a similar disposition for a long time. After a while, however, Gold was sure that Robin Hood would have broken, if Belle hadn’t freed him. Oh, that was fun though, slowly breaking down that man’s will. He could almost taste the begging that would have soon spilled from his lips if he had time to continue. Belle wouldn’t find out this time, she wouldn’t stop him. He was going to be able to finish this with Oliver.

“Oh yes, I’ve done this countless times, to far better men than you, and each time, I break them,” Gold said, and as he said the word ‘break’ he snapped his fingers, sending a jolt of magic into Oliver’s body, effectively breaking both of his pointer fingers and bending them back to the back of his hand. “I’ll make sure to get you a replacement shirt, dearie.” Gold laughed afterwards and pulled the dagger out of Oliver’s shoulder quickly, taking a couple steps back, and turning away from Oliver. He was continuing to grin from ear to ear, unable to control the pleasure that doing this brought him. There was no more voices, only the evil, whispering voice in his head. He spun back towards Oliver placing the bloody tip of his dagger against the pointer finger of his free hand, very lightly with just a small amount of pressure on his skin, spinning the dagger slowly.

“Tell me, Oliver, would you prefer to be boiled alive,” Gold made a grand gesture, his voice mirroring that which he had in the Enchanted Forest, “Or,” his voice raised in pitch slightly, “Skinned for your pelt?” He giggled excitedly nearly jumping with joy as he thought of the possibilities.

[attr="class","itokaytext"] Gold could not help himself when he giggled hearing the short scream that came from Oliver, the sound sending shivers down his spine, shivers of pleasure. Oh he loved the sounds people made when he caused them pain; it was music to his ears, even surpassing the joy he took in hearing the sound of his own voice. Oh the power, he felt so powerful, he had Oliver at his mercy. He could do whatever he wanted to the boy, and there was nothing that anyone could do to stop him. There was one person he would stop for and that was Belle, but right now, that wasn’t going to be the case.

“I asked,” Gold quickly ran up so he was face to face with Oliver again, their noses nearly touching, “A question.” His voice was a soft whisper, but his words were daggers. Then he quickly raised his knee, striking Oliver in a very sensitive place between his legs and backing up, turning away from Oliver again. “But since you refuse, I guess I’ll have to decide myself. So many choices. There’s always fire.” He snapped his fingers and Oliver’s currently uninjured arm caught on fire, but Gold quickly put it out before much damage could occur. He was just testing what he wanted to do, not actually injure him… yet. “Too fast I think.” He waved his hand and the burn went away, but the shirt was still singed.

“Water,” Gold suggested with a shrug taking a step closer to the boy. Using his magical abilities, he filled Oliver’s lungs with water so it spilled out his mouth. Gold left him for a moment giggling as he looked around pretending to consider it. “I don’t think so.” He snapped his fingers and Oliver could breath again. “Hm. Choices, choices.” IF Oliver hadn’t figured out that he was using magic, then he was dumber than Gold had thought, but then again, he might think he was hallucinating or there was some trick. Either way, Oliver had to know something was up. “I think I might stick with the dagger for now.” He jabbed the dagger into Oliver’s thigh, a quick movement this time, but he slowly made his way down Oliver’s leg, making circles and wavy lines, though making sure not to get the bone, not yet at least. Just the flesh. So he would bleed like his arm was now, so he would spill his blood onto the ground.
