Basically its simple, a list of everyone's {their main character, for example mine is Princess Elsa} main account's instant messenger handle for either yahoo or AIM, or whatever, NOT including skype {which some of us do not have access to} This can provide everyone with a last second connection with players being waited on, {for example a big thread with six characters, and we're waiting on 1 player who posts one character in that thread, so someone sends that player a IM to inform of others waiting}
This could save a LOT of downtime for the site too as well and get over certain hurdles as well concerning questions and otherwise through interaction with the staff as well.
